| Here you find equipment of the highest quality, arranged in areas according to the activity (weight training / toning, cardiovascular training) and according to specific muscle groups. Qualified instructors will test your aptitude, prepare and control your training program, and provide continuous assistance. | | In each of our clubs you will find a spacious room equipped with all the necessary material (steps, bars, weights, bikes, elastic bands, slides…). All rooms have “floating” parquet floors (more comfortable for the back and knees) and the majority are air-conditioned.

Most of our clubs have a sauna in the respective locker rooms (men’s, women’s) available as well as a water cascade for after sauna use. |

You will find in our clubs beauty and wellness salons where you can benefit from treatments, such as massage (relaxation, sport, slimming, reflexology ), beauty (waxing, permanent make-up).
